// The Contract //

• The relationship between the client and elpisdesign is that of an independent contractor. Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership or joint venture.
• Both parties will mutually agree on a service start date, and fees will apply accordingly.
• Clients will receive a monthly performance report for services provided.
• Either party may terminate or transfer services by providing at least 10 business days' notice.
• elpisdesign reserves the right to outsource certain service tasks to third-party providers.
• No third party shall have any rights under or in connection with this agreement.

// Liability //

• elpisdesign is not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by delays in deliverables due to natural or uncontrollable circumstances.
• The client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold elpisdesign harmless against any claims, liabilities, or expenses related to:
• Alleged false advertising.
• Infringement of intellectual property rights (including copyright, trademark, or patent).
• Disruptions or system failures.
• Issues related to goods or services sold by the client.

// Waiver //

• Failure to enforce any part of these terms does not constitute a waiver of rights.
• A waiver is only valid if provided in writing and explicitly stated as such.

// Privacy Rights //

Personal information shared with elpisdesign (e.g., name, email, phone number, website URL) will be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except to elpisdesign's internal team.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, use, or alteration.

However, due to the nature of the internet, elpisdesign cannot guarantee complete data security.
